Human Resources and Risk Management Director
John Klein
John began his career in Human Resources working in medium to large regional healthcare systems throughout the Midwest focusing on Operations and Recruiting. After a decade of working in healthcare, he moved into the finance industry for a growing bank headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Payroll and Benefits. In 2010, John reconnected with healthcare by working in Senior Living. He provided expertise in employee relations, benefits, recruiting, training, vendor, and system management, and HRIS. John's responsibilities were to provide regional consulting support for all aspects of human resources management throughout the United States in 37 states. John was promoted into operations and provided oversight of 6 freestanding senior housing campuses in the Midwest Region. Currently, John serves in the Executive Department for the City of Fruitland Park as the Human Resources and Risk Management Director.
John holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from Washington University School or Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri.
