City Attorney

Anita Geraci-Carver is a local government, land use, and real estate attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience, including over two decades focused on real estate development, closings and land use. 

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and is among a select group of Florida Bar Board Certified attorneys in City, County, and Local Government Law. Her early career included serving as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fifth Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted a wide range of cases. She alter transitioned into real estate and land use law, building a practice grounded in technical expertise, strategic guidance, and personalized service.
