Retirement Community

At present, there is one retirement community within the jurisdiction of Fruitland Park, The Villages Community Development District Number 11 that was established with Ordinance 2014-014 on May 22, 2014 and the land consists of 692.8 acres and 2,055 homes. There is a dedicated portion of The Villages website for District Number 11's website for meetings, maps, reports, architectural reviews, budgets, and more.
