Pay Your Taxes

Property taxes for properties located within the City of Fruitland Park are collected by the Lake County Tax Collector, not by the City. Property tax bills are typically mailed on or about November 1 each year and may be paid online, by mail, or in person through the Tax Collector's Office.

Many homeowners pay property taxes through an escrow account managed by their mortgage lender. In these cases, the lender generally submits payment directly to the Tax Collector on the property owner's behalf.
