How to Register for a Program

Registering for Parks & Recreation programs is quick and easy through the City of Fruitland Park's online registration system, DaySmart Recreation. Create an account, browse available programs, and register anytime from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

Whether you're signing up for youth sports, swim lessons, camps, special events, or enrichment programs, DaySmart Recreation makes it easy to manage your family's registrations in one convenient location.

New to DaySmart Recreation?

If this is your first time registering, you'll need to create a household account.

Step 1: Create Your Account

• Visit the City of Fruitland Park's DaySmart Recreation registration portal.

• Select Create an Account.

• Enter your contact information.

• Create your username and password.

• Add all household members who may participate in programs.

Adding family members during account setup allows you to register everyone from one account.

Returning Users

If you already have a DaySmart Recreation account:

1. Visit the registration portal.

2. Select Sign In.

3. Enter your username and password.

4. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.

Register for a Program

Once you're logged in:

1. Select the program you would like to register for (do not use the search feature to filter out programs, you will not be able to find them, a system issue Daysmart is working on)

2. Review the program description, eligibility requirements, dates, times, and fees.

3. Select the participant you wish to register.

4. Complete any required forms or waivers.

5. Add the program to your cart.

6. Proceed to checkout.

7. Submit payment, if applicable.

8. Receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete.

Before You Register

Please have the following information available:

• Participant name and date of birth

• Parent or guardian contact information (if applicable)

• Emergency contact information

• Medical information or allergy details, if requested

• Payment method for applicable fees

Some programs may require proof of residency or additional documentation before registration can be finalized.

Registration Confirmation

After successfully completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your program details.

Please review your confirmation carefully to ensure all information is accurate.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Parks & Recreation Department for assistance.

Managing Your Account

Your DaySmart Recreation account allows you to:

• Register for programs

• See youth sports practice and game schedules

• Reserve facilities

• View upcoming registrations

• Update household information

• Make payments

• View receipts

• Access registration history
