Athletic Field Rentals

Fruitland Park athletic fields are available for approved practices, games, tournaments, camps, clinics, and other recreational activities.

Availability depends on City programming, scheduled maintenance, field conditions, and previously approved reservations.

Available Uses

Athletic fields may be rented for:

• Team practices

• League games

• Sports tournaments

• Camps and clinics

• Training sessions

• Approved special events

Recurring organizations should contact the Parks & Recreation Department to discuss scheduling needs.

Rental Requirements

Field renters may be required to provide:

• A completed rental agreement

• Rental payment

• Certificate of Liability Insurance

• Team, league, or organization information

• Participant schedules

• Additional documentation for tournaments or large events

Rental rates may vary based on the field, time of use, lighting, staffing, and event type.

Field Use Guidelines

Renters must:

• Use only the assigned field

• Follow approved rental times

• Keep participants and spectators in designated areas

• Protect field surfaces and equipment

• Remove trash after use

• Follow all weather and field-closure decisions

• Report damage or safety concerns

The City may cancel or relocate activities when field conditions are unsafe or when use could cause damage.
