Become a Coach

Volunteer coaches are the heart of Fruitland Park Recreation programs. By sharing your time, knowledge, and enthusiasm, you can make a lasting impact on the lives of young athletes while helping create a positive, fun, and supportive environment for everyone.

No matter your level of coaching experience, we welcome individuals who are committed to teaching teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, and skill development. Coaches serve as role models both on and off the field and play an important role in building confidence and character in our youth.

All volunteer coaches must complete a background screening before the season begins. Recreation staff will provide information on league requirements and season schedules.
