Development Applications

For most application types a single multipurpose Development Application form can be used and multiple applications can be submitted under one form if for the same project. There is a separate form for Unity of Title and for Concurrency.

An application will not be considered complete unless all required documents and fees are submitted.

Please note that all documents must be received electronically and one physical copy. A digital only submittal is incomplete and will not be conisdered for review.

Current Deed
Aerial Photo
Property Appraiser Information
Location map
Development Application
Owner Affidavit
Applicant Affidavit

Depending on the application type, additional documents may be required, please refer to the Land Development Regulations for application specific submittal requirements. Please note, during the Technical Review Committee additional documentation could be requested.
