Business License and Tax Receipts

Most businesses operating within the City of Fruitland Park are required to obtain a Business Tax Receipt before conducting business. Business Tax Receipts are valid from October 1 through September 30 and must be renewed annually. If you are opening a new business, purchasing an existing business, or relocating a business within the city, please contact the City Clerk's Office to determine the applicable requirements and fees.
