Zoning and Land Use

Zoning and Future Land Use dictate what is built on a given parcel. You can reference the Zoning and Future Land Use Maps under Maps to locate the zoning designation and future land use designation respectively for a parcel.

Chapter 154 of the City of Fruitland Park's Land Development Regulations list what is permitted, prohibited, and design standards for every zoning designation. Chapter 151 provides definitions to provide further clarity on what is permitted or prohibited.
