Registered contractors please submit applications through Fruitland Park’s BS&A Online Portal
To apply for permits online, you will either need to create a BS&A online account or login with your current BS&A Account. Once you have logged in, you will need a web pin to link your online account to the contractor’s name within our system. If you did not receive an email with the web pin, you can email permits [at] fruitlandpark.org (permits[at]fruitlandpark[dot]org) to request your web pin.
All applications must be complete and thorough; incomplete submissions will be rejected. Please ensure you review the checklists provided with each application to ensure all required information is included.
** Owner Builder permits will have to be applied for at the counter. **
