UPDATE: Residents and small business owners who were affected by the recent severe storms can apply for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster assistance at DisasterAssistance.gov, use FEMA's mobile app, or call the FEMA Helpline at (800) 621-3362. Helpline operators are available daily from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. PDT. If you use video relay service (VRS), captioned telephone service, or other services, please give FEMA your number or follow the options by pressing 2 for Spanish and 3 for an interpreter who speaks your language.
