We serve, because we care about our community. By improving the quality of life, promoting peace and order and resolving problems through an ongoing working partnership with the community.
Our personnel consists of 16 full time State Certified Officers, including the Chief of Police who is a working officer, 2 canine Officers, and five State Certified Reserve Officers.
The department also has an active Citizens on Patrol Crime Watch Civilian Volunteer Program to enhance and serve as extra eyes and ears for the department and community.
Our Department is always ready to fight crime and the fear of crime, by working with our partners to enforce the laws, apprehend offenders, prevent crime from occurring, and improve the quality of life for all Fruitland Park Citizens.
