Community (Gardenia) Center Rental

Our newly renovated community center is sure to be the perfect fit for your next event. 

The 5,000 square foot hall has a modern touch and features round tables, banquet style chairs, fully functioning warming kitchen, Bridal suite, pool table, and french doors leading to the outdoor lawn area. 

Availability and reservations can be accessed in the 'Rentals' tab by logging in to our online portal at the link below or download the Daysmart Recreation Member App. 

Our Community Center is open to the public. We encourage you to stop by and see all that it has to offer your next event.

Refundable damage deposit - $250.00

Refundable alcohol deposit - $350.00

Resident/Utility Customer Rate                 

Monday – Friday - $75.00 per hour

Saturday – Sunday -  $125.00 per hour

Non-Resident Customer Rate  

Monday – Friday - 100.00 per hour

Saturday – Sunday - $175.00 per hour
