Utility Billing/Finance Clerk I or II

Do you have great customer service skills, a great personality and a good work ethic? We are looking for someone with municipal experience for this position, but are willing to train someone with the right qualifications. You will be working at the utility window in City Hall processing utility accounts, setting up services, terminating services, billing and taking cash receipts. The City currently utilizes Munis software, so anyone with experience working with Munis is preferable. 

You must be diligent with your work which means accuracy and timely. This position requires the ability to use and understand excel spreadsheets.Must be proficient in key boarding, data entry, and calculator use. Your experience level differentiates between level I or II.
