Part-time Recreation Custodial Staff

Would you enjoy working three days per week on a flexible work schedule? If so, we want to talk to you.
Pay Grade 101: $16.00 - $18.00 Depending on experience.
This job will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the hours are flexible, but may require some evenings and weekends. It requires the following skills and abilities:
Buildings:
1) Facilities maintenance, making interior and exterior repairs, cleaning and maintenance of the Community Center, public bathrooms at the soccer fields, and the Pool Concession stand.
2) The ability to use small hand and power tools for maintenance purposes.
3) Painting skills using a brush, roller, or spray to apply paints/stains.
4) Hanging doors, fixing broken locks/handles, etc.
5) HVAC maintenance includes monthly filter changes and other routine maintenance required by heating/cooling systems.
6) Pressure washing buildings, pool area, washing windows as needed.
7) Help with office moves and relocations, assemble office furniture.
8) Clean and stock all restroom facilites.
Grounds:
1) Pick up litter, and debris on facilities grounds
