Duties: Semi-skilled manual labor position requiring knowledge in general maintenance duties. The work requires the use, operation and routine maintenance of small hand tools and power equipment including, but not limited to mowers, pickup truck, dump truck, chain saw and trimmer. Requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds to a height of four (4) feet. Must be 18 years of age or older, work outdoors in all weather conditions, possess a valid/updated Florida driver's license. Background check, physical and drug screen are required.
Hours: Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Salary: $12.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
